About me
My primary research interests focus on the effects of physical activity and exercise on body composition, particularly among individuals affected by overweight and obesity.
The overarching goals of my research and teaching is to understand the mechanisms that link exercise to improvements in body composition and cardiovascular health, and to understand how exercise can be tailored to the individual in order to maximize the effectiveness of training.
